Over the past two Saturdays, April 2nd and 9th, the We R Love Foundation partnered with HOSA, a student-led initiative at The Hockaday School, to host bake sales to raise awareness and money for our project to minimize period poverty in the city of Dallas. Throughout these two weeks, we have raised a total of $523, which four separate supporters will generously match. We have also received interest from two feminine hygiene companies, L. and Cora, that we hope will support us through donations of pads and tampons. L. and Cora are companies dedicated to making organic products and promoting equality among women. Follow along on our blog and social media platforms to see how our project progresses!
